ITAAW Music Distribution Company Issues by thesweetheart: 7:03pm On Jul 29, 2022
Hi, everyone. If you're a musician who is using ITAAW Music distribution company as your music distributor and you are having issues, please use and follow this thread. It seems there's nowhere else to turn to since they have the worst support system I have come across in a while.

ITAAW claimed to be the voice of African independent artists but lately, it doesn't seem like it is. Why can't we withdraw our royalty payments? Why are some people's songs automatically deleted? So many questions are left unanswered. What's going on?

All their lines are off, mails aren't acknowledged, and social media messages aren't read. They do not even have the decency to respond to these issues. How is this fair? To know that we are paying subscription fees.

Please if you are planning to use ITAAW as your music distributor, I suggest you hold on for now until these issues are rectified otherwise na you sabi.

I've created this thread so you can lay your complaints here in order to help others know exactly what they're dealing with before they decide to use the platform. And if you, like me, are already using the platform, we can call ITAAW out in one voice and get results or look for alternatives.

Please feel free to share and air your grievances.
