Prioritize your growth.
Sometimes, you have to be your own inspiration, because if you don’t, who will ? Well, I can but what happens when I am sleeping on duty ? It doesn’t mean I do that.
You need to place priority on yourself, you need to take time out to reflect, you need to recognize your strengths and weaknesses.
Before heading to bed, evaluate how well you spent your day, write down ways it could have ended better.

You are special.
You are special, you need to see yourself that way always, if you do otherwise, it can cause those who see you as special to stop seeing you that way. You have light in you, shine bright. I believe in you, yourself can’t exhaust it’s greatness so please shine! Shine! Shine!

Failure?
What we consider as failure can be subject to what you think failure is, what do you think failure is? Failure is subject to you, your mind, so broaden your horizon, you will realize that sometimes you learnt lessons and didn’t fail.

Speaking nice words
What is the first thing that comes out of your mouth when you make a mistake?
Who takes all the blame when you make a mistake?
The mind is easy to find someone/something to blame, it’s own way of finding solace and solutions.
When next you make a mistake, say nice words, and quit looking for what to hang the blame on if there won’t be a solution after you have done that.

Who are your friends?
This is probably the entirety of it all, the people around you should be deliberately selected by you! People should not sneak into your life, but it’s their choice to sneak out. Most times we fail to understand that if people choose to leave your life, it’s their choice, do not love people more than they love themselves.
Your friends are those who know who you are, if you have to constantly remind them about who you are, they are probably not supposed to be your friends because they see you clearer than you see yourself, if they can’t, then there’s something wrong with their eyes. A friend should be there for you always, a friend should know your weaknesses and strengths.
It is important to have friends, the right ones. The definition of friendship is simple, “a second pair of eyes”.
