Residents living in Agbowo Community and its environs in Ibadan, Oyo State, have raised alarm about the body of a beheaded young lady lying in the area.

The event which reportedly occurred during the midnight in the neighbourhood on Saturday, left many in great dread among the populace of the area, because no one knew why it occurred.

However, there are insinuations that some suspected ritualists allegedly beheaded the yet-to-be identified young lady and took away her private parts.

The body of the girl who appears to be in her early twenties, and lying at Orita UI road, according to a report, was yet to be claimed for burial, to the shock of many as at Saturday morning.

In the meantime, as at press time, the Oyo State Police Command was yet to comment on the matter.

Details later…

This same agbowo? Is it not last year a dead mutilated body was dumped opposite Barika.

A pretending mad woman was also busted who usually sleep under an abandoned concrete not far from UI fence and inside their flower perimeter close to 2nd gate. Lots of personal items where found hidden underneath the conceete like sch bags, books, sanders lady's weave on wears and the rest.

I am suspecting that abandoned building/company where grass has over grown by Barika entrance, something shady in happening in that fence.

You don't have sense at all. I think mad people are organizing crusade program in your head, because if not common sense should have told you that ibadan is a home to different tribes, but no. You are so foolish to even think of it.

Not at night oga.... The very busy road starts getting deserted from around 10:30 to 11:00. I lived there for more than 2 years. Some household starts shutting their gates around 10pm. There used to be vigilantes, I don't know about now and the side of Agbowo that this happened.

This may have been a very late night movement by the girl which evil people decided to use to their advantage.
