Role: Contact Center Agent
Location: Palmgroove, Lagos Mainland
Pay: N80,000 Monthly net

Responsibility
• Attend inbound and outbound campaigns across various channels
• Complaint management and conclusive issues resolution
• Service measurement and process improvement
• Quality Assurance evaluation
• Reports collation

Requirements
• Should be able to speak both Hausa and Yoruba languages
• BSC/HND minimum of Second-Class lower/Lower Credit
• Not more than 32years
• Gender: Male preferable for gender balance
• Familiar with the use of smart tools like google Sheets, real-time survey forms, CRM etc.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages especially Excel
• Thoroughness and eyes for details
• Interpersonal and relationship skills
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in Business Process Management is an added advantage
• Team player and readiness to learn
