Then take the letter to your education district if its close to you, but go to your ppa first you might meet someone there.

I tried for my sister but her letter is showing blank after I downloaded it. Is the problem general for now?

Please sir my account number is not showing on overview in the portal, is it removed by the npower because I uploaded it during my registration. And secondly my primary Assignment is not uploaded yet, lastly I saw on deployment details where they asked for verification of account number I put the bbvn of the account number I registered and its showing "account number already exists for another beneficiary" and its my account number.

If beneficiary is stated on your Npower profile it means that you will be deployed because you were selected, if your Npower portal states applicant or shortlisted it means you were not selected and you will not be deployed.
