A friend is about to buy a Nigerian used car. The car is registered on road safety database but the custom Paper is missing. Is there a way to retrieve or get a custom paper or can one get a cover letter/affidavit [color=#006600][/color]

Agent that cleared the car should be contacted if possible. Alternatively, you can get a copy from customs if you find the c-number written anywhere (maybe on receipt).
Without customs document, you are bound to negotiate when the need arise.

Just contact a clearing agent, i lost mine once and they were able to track it on the customs cars database, and another copy was orinted out. I spent less than 30k...As long as its Lagos cleared u will get it.

There is no way it could be printed out without the C-number.maybe the went nd cut paper for u,did u try to verify what the clearing agent gave to you?I pray u don’t hv issues with Customs nd probably if the vehicle is an old car or doesn’t go out of Lagos.

Not to worry can help you with that, since you have the correct chasis number, you will get your confirmed original document. You can use the C number to confirm from any customs office to confirm it
