Judge Who Approved FBI Raid at Trump's Mar-a-Lago Home Donated Thousands to Obama

Alarming details have surfaced about federal magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart who approved the FBI raid against President Donald Trump’s private home at Mar-a-Lago.

It turns out that Reinhart is a major Democrat supporter, donating thousands of dollars to former President Barack Obama.

He donated $1,000 to Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and another $1,000 to Obama’s Victory Fund during the same election cycle.

Making matters even worse, prior to becoming a federal judge, reports show Reinhart represented employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Reinhart worked at a private legal practice for ten years before becoming a judge.

By his own admission, he legally represented and defended Epstein’s pilots as well as his scheduler, Sarah Kellen. He also represented Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

In 2017, Reinhart allegedly disparaged Trump with a statement on social media and shared “woke” content on his personal Facebook page.

Reinhart openly criticized Trump’s “moral stature” and suggested Trump has “no sense of decency.”

At the time, Reinhart argued that Trump should “kiss John Lewis’s feet.” Instead, Trump argued that Democrat John Lewis “should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results.”

FBI agents executed a search warrant of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, on Monday evening. Sources told Fox News Digital that the search was part of the DOJ’s investigation into whether Trump improperly took government materials from his time in office.

The FBI agents confiscated 15 boxes of classified materials during the raid, according to the sources.

“Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,” Trump said in a statement Monday. “After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate."

In response, Republican lawmakers, conservative commentators and some Democrats expressed serious concern that the raid was politically motivated.

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., threatened to probe the DOJ over the raid if the GOP takes majority control in the fall, and House Republican Study Committee Chair Jim Banks, R-Ind., said the action was “un-American.”

SPECIAL CARTOON: FBI IS THE NEW GESTAPO

We at GrrrGraphics are on vacation this week, but the FBI raid on Trump's home was outrageous and shocking. It deserved a cartoon, so I dashed one out.

If it wasn't clear before, it's now crystal clear that the FBI works for the Democrat Party. Hillary egregiously broke the law, yet former FBI Director Comey gave her a pass. Fifty top leaders of the security agencies swore to a judge that Hunter's laptop was Russian propaganda. It was a lie. Why are they not now being prosecuted for perjury?

Trump supporters get the book tossed at them for minor process errors. Hunter Biden commits felonies, smokes crack, launders money, and gets it on with Russian hookers and the FBI protects him instead of prosecuting him. Joe Biden is as dirty as his son, but he suffers no consequences either. Criminals who get away with their crimes will commit more of them. They will continue to make a mockery of justice until they are stopped.

Biden and his party have repeatedly shown that they are all-too willing to target their political opponents and they enjoy using the FBI to humiliate them. The FBI is the muscle that protects the D.C. Swamp. We saw 30 armed FBI agents storm Mar-a-Lago to seize documents. They even cracked Trump's safe. (It was empty). All of this was done with a questionable warrant. Trump's lawyers were not allowed to observe what was done during the raid.

Why was the FBI involved at all? Surely the question of whether or not Trump had White House papers could have easily been solved quietly. At the most, it should have been a matter for the Secret Service, not the FBI. But the Democrats wanted another drama show and sure enough, the Marxist mainstream media are already calling Trump a criminal.

This gross abuse of power and further weaponization of our justice system is a sign of Democrat desperation. They do not want Trump to run again and so they will invent a reason to rope him in with criminal charges—thus preventing him from running for president again.

The FBI is a disgrace. When I hear from the talking heads that there are problems at the FBI, but there are still plenty of good agents, I say bull. Any honourable people left working for the FBI at this point should resign. Agencies such as the FBI and IRS create fear among the Democrats' political enemies. The FBI is now America’s Gestapo or KGB. They are enforcing the dictates of a third world banana republic. Yes, that's what America has become.

We need to break up the FBI completely. Let's hope Trump does just that when he's back in office.

Elon Musk Rips Biden's Griner Prisoner Swap: 'Never Leave A Marine Behind'

Elon Musk on Friday joined the growing condemnation of President Biden's deal to free hoops star Brittney Griner, which gave Russia back its notorious "Merchant of Death" but left former Marine Paul Whelan behind in a brutal prison.

Musk gave his own opinions in response to a Twitter user who asked: "Does it surprise anyone the Biden regime would leave a Marine behind after they abandoned Americans in Afghanistan?"

"Never leave a Marine behind. Never," Musk tweeted firmly early Friday, hours before Griner, 32, touched down back home in America.

The Phoenix Mercury centre's release — in a swap for international arms dealer Viktor Bout, known as the "Merchant of Death" — was just the latest time that Whelan was not included.

After fellow Marine veteran Trevor Reed was freed in a swap in April, Whelan had asked: "Why was I left behind?"

"I have been held on a fictitious charge of espionage for 40 months," he said from his Moscow prison at the time. "The world knows this charge was fabricated," he said of the 16-year sentence that the US has widely condemned.

"Why hasn’t more been done to secure my release?" he asked in a direct challenge to Biden, who took credit for freeing Reed in exchange for a Russian pilot who was a major international drug trafficker.

Even Reed later called it "wrong" of the Biden administration to free him without Whelan.

Biden maintained Thursday that "we've not forgotten about Paul Whelan. We will keep negotiating in good faith for Paul’s release."

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby maintained on the "Today" show Friday that releasing Griner "was the only deal we could get at the time."

"This was not a choice between Paul or Brittney. The only deal we could secure was Brittney … we had to take that step to get to at least one of the two home," he stressed.

"But that doesn't mean that there's not going to be options going forward to try to get Paul Whelan home,” he said, saying that the administration was “going to keep working at this very, very hard."

"We're going to keep having active discussions with the Russians to see what we can do to secure Paul's release — that's not going to be forgotten."

He also recused himself 6 weeks ago on a Clinton's case saying he couldn't be impartial. Before then he sent a nasty tweets about Trump just before he became a not-so-judge in 2018. The whole DOJ couldn't even find a real appointed federal judge to get a warrant from.

I think the FBI is now protecting itself at this point because of the crimes it has committed.
