Hello All.

I have been on HSI for a while now. Subscribed to the ALWAYS-ON service with avails 6GB for N7500.

My latest activation was on the 20th July and with some Android software I see that my useage as of 2nd August was 3.8GB,
yet on 1st August I got a text notification welcoming me to the Always_Micro service which isn't the true plan subscribed.

Yesterday, I made a skype-to-skype call to 2 people which measured out to be 180Mb. Great I thought. WRONG,  !!!

Am this morning the 4th, getting notice that my subscription has only 40 MB available and about to end.

Been trying to contact GLO customer service to no avail on  their 121 number. The 100 number service just spits you out. Even
the automated 124 access to HSI service is non-useable.

Question is, HOW ON EARTH DOES ANYONE GET HOLD OF SOMEBODY at GLO, to rectify this ?

Worse still , even their much talked about reduced tariffs to certain countries like the UK does not work out well for me. Yesterday made a 27 min call to the UK, and it cost me N1000.   WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON ?

@ lynxnoon I actually did that this morning to no avail, even dialled other numbers I obtained from their website. NADA. NOTHING. GLO has problems organising its customer and tech support.

OH, I think I finally sorted this afternoon by going to their office. Let's see if it works as planned

4 the international call, I think the fault is from u. You call UK mobile line instead of fixed line. It only fixed line that u call at #9 but mobile line they charge as far as #40. Some other countries u can call both fixed & mobile @#9.
