Why drag God into this debate of yours though?

According to scripture, God made man and woman equal from the beginning. They were clones, to begin with, with Eve a clone of Adam's, so they were both created equals. However, it was only after Adam and His clone fell that God cursed them, but only in marriage alone - Genesis 3 vs 16. So, I think this debate should exclude God entirely from an issue that is clearly of men and not of Him.
