I've had two dreams about cats of late and it's worrisome. I don't have any pet and if I'm getting one, it's definitely not a cat.

Anyway the first dream I was feeding a cat from my plate. While at it, my cousin came to collect it, saying it's her sister's own.

The second dream this came like 6 months after or even more. This time I was looking to buy a white cat.

I was very particular about it being white. Next I'm in a pet shop with lots of cats.. some looking stunted, old, clean dirty. Point is I was surrounded by cats, looking for a white cat. Also I forgot to add, I saw this cousin's mother in the dream. So I don't know if it's unrelated.

Now that's creepy...but on a serious note, should I be worried? Christians I need interpretation inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Cat symbolizes ur love ones or close friends. Possibly, ur dream suggests that there is a love one or a close friend of whom u care for. It's likely that u and ur cousin are seeking a closer relationship with the person. The 2nd dream is similar too. Like I said I'm not into mysticism. I don't have business with that or anything related to that. Empath, I don't just feel sympathy, like I care too much, almost putting myself in someone's position.

dreams are meant to alert you on things that are likely to happen any moment.
coming to dream the bible made us to understand that dream is a revelation as in the case of nebuchadnezzar(he dreamt of the future while he was thinking about what will happen after he might be no more.
when joseph was in the prison he meant with some duo who where thrown into prison awaiting trial(definitely thinking of what may be their fate) and it was revealed to them in the dream,
in nebuchadnezzar dreamt twice both similar(the fate of his kingdom and throne)

i know this don't answer your question yet but i'll love you to know what's up with dreams before you can understand a possible interpretation.

as for the dream itself, the first one you were caring for a cat(which may not really belongs to you) then suddenly someone close came up, claiming ownership of the cat for her sister. then in the second you went out to look for that same white-cat [you were feeding in the first dream] among other cats and the mother of the acclaimed owner of the cat(in the first dream) was there observing what your actions will be.

sis, i know i may not know anything about dreams but it is the spirit of god who indwell us that interprete dreams.

you found yourself feeding a cat(an animal you don't really like in reality). for an animal to be fed it means it is hungry and you were giving it what it need not because you love its specie but because you care. in the process of feeding it some came and is claiming ownership(which required that you stop feeding the cat and give it to her)
but now, what do you think the cat need? going back to the owner or food?

in the 2nd dream you went back to look for that cat and the mother of the acclaimed owner(a greater force) was there to remind you that that cat you desperately wanted to feed does not belongs to you so you could move on and forget about it(because you don't like it, you only care)

the cat symbolise someone you are not close to, this particular person is in need which the people who ought to help turned deaf ear to and so your caring personality couldn't allow you to ignore him/her so you got close enough and offered a helping hand, while you are helping out, someone you took dear became a stumbling block--discouraging you from caring for your newly found needy folk, the person in question has nothing to offer but his/her mission is just to make sure it is far from help and that's why she/he wasn't happy that it has found a home and shelter.
