I sent a mail to the HCM contact that was contained in the mail I received, to ask if Covid Vaccination card is compulsory and if I could send someone to submit on my behalf if I am not around. He said the vaccination card isn't compulsory, just that I must be vaccinated before I start work, but he said I must submit the documents in person.

Thank you for this. The Civic card was my biggest fear.

Please, is there anyone who filled Ogun State as first choice during the application and got Ibadan for documentation?

Did mine today.... documentation was easy...just submit and that's all...didn't take time...but they asked us to go for medicals at one hospital in ikoyi...u would be given a form...and it must be done that day...finished that already

Everybody is just quiet, I don't know what going on.

I did mine today at the head office in Marina, Lagos. It was not stressful. Did both documentation and medicals in the same place. There is a staff clinic on the same floor we did the documentation. So everything was easy. The covid card is not compulsory but you must have it before resumption.
