Sorry for taking to long to reply, they provide finance to both start - up and existing entrepreneurs, they run special programmes for start - up entrepreneurs, such as NEP, a programme that gives entrepreneurship training to start - up recently they have also added the HP Learning Initiative for entrepreneurs (HP LIFE) programme. This and in addition Business Advisory services are also given. Hope this answers ur question.
