Who knows how I can get Wallets Africa to refund me my money?

I made a transfer from my Wallets Africa account to my bank account and it failed.

Normally, nothing is meant to happen since it failed. Surprisingly, the money left my Wallets Africa account and was never credited to my bank account.

I've reached out to them via Twitter and they just copy and paste same response which is I should exercise patience.

They don't even respond on WhatsApp and their line is switched off.

How can I get this people to reverse my money?

The whole thing is affecting my business.

Scammers and thieves everywhere, I almost downloaded their app when I was desperate to pay online in dollars, I finally use those criminal chippers who sold me the dollars at the rate of N719/1$, flutterwaves also is undergoing fraud and money laundering, it’s not their fault if not for the useless government we have, how can Banks limit monthly spending to $20? Nigeria is the only country that has double rate. (We have official rate and black market rate)
