Congratulations Mrs First lady and other recipients. It is not funny, however, that whenever we hear about gender-based violence all that comes to mind is women rights. There is no single male recipient. Are they not championing Gender based issues or it is calibrated for women? Many men are victims of domestic violence in their own homes but it is under reported or not reported at all. Courtney Clenney, the model stabbed Nigerian boy-friend, Tobi Obumselu to death, footage of him being molested by the lady two weeks to his killing was circulated. This is just one among many others.
