“I was driving today in Abuja, and one road safety officer who wanted to arrest me for using my phone, heard me instructing the DPO to put one person in d cell, he just saluted me, and passed me. This is to say “to every rule, there must be an exception to save some situations. Lol,” Olumuyiwa tweeted.Laughing at the end of the tweet made a mockery of the laws he swore to uphold, and entire force ashamed of his conduct. I hope he get penalized for violating extant traffic laws |

The FRSC officer gave him a pass when he discovered that they are partners in crime (espirt de corps) It is the poor and unconnected that breaks the law in Nigeria |
