I bought Okada (motor cycle) DAYLONG SM with registration no TDU 130 WZ for Aboki on higher purchase agreement to balance N10, 000.00 weekly for 45 weeks period, he has only balance 2 weeks, he showed up today with the guarantors that the Okada was stolen last night with bruises all over his body, the People that revived him confirmed he wasn't talking.
When I inquired about what happened he said he carry a passenger at Iron gate in Udu local government area Delta state to Otokutu around 11:00pm ,before they embarked on the journey the passenger bought him drink & suya and the passenger carry Olosho at Lorel hotel , after ward he didn't know what happens again after eaten . He lost the Okada , monies and phone.
He supposed to balance N450000 for 10 weeks , but the guarantor a pleading for the capital I used to buy the bike.

How do I recover my monies fully all agreement were made ?

If the guarantors can get you a new bike, accept it.

So sorry about the ugly incident. I think for now you should be more concerned about the guy's health and later about how to pay you back for your bike.
Mind you, I think you should erase your mind from getting the full agreed amount.
