The last time I checked your Obi Pandora was in PDP about three months ago and also Atikuchukwu lossing mate in 2019 presidential election before he jump fence and became a labourer.

People should have learned a big lesson from the recent Osun election. If a sitting APC Governor with all APC big wigs could not save his ass by getting re-elected , I don’t think Atiku, Obi or Tinubu should be hoping for miracle from people like Wike to help them win.

Wike is not the entire population of Rivers State.

A common local goverment chairman has loyalists up to 50 and they will vote whoever he asked them to vote.
With this, it is safe to say a LG chairman has 51 votes, now compare that to how many votes Wike has, he can influence some LG chairmen/Kings, top politicians etc who can influence their subjects.
When they were telling u the power of structure, u think say na joke.
there is vote which u have and there is value vote which Wike has.

Post 2015, he literally kept PDP afloat financially. Would there be PDP without Wike? Yes but would it have been an attractive platform for Atiku to seek power in 2019 and 23, I don't think so. Even after 2019, Atiku left PDP and japad to Dubai. Wike provided much needed leadership and steel. Fairplay to Atiku, he won the Primaries fairly. No doubt about that. Wike's sense of entitlement that he should have been handed the ticket on a platter is not possible. But, what Atiku could and should have done is manage the post primary better. I'm not saying he should have picked Wike as vice. Nah! You can only pick who you can be comfortable working with. But, he should have given Wike a sense of belonging. Make him feel like he matters in the scheme of things. Even if his choice of VP is settled, make it seem as if Wike had a role to play in the VP selection and all of that. But nah! Now, PDP and Atiku's traditional base that's already being threatened by Obi's emergence may further be decimated by Wike. Not good at all.

Remember the saying “who the gods want to kill, they first make mad”. History is about to repeat itself in 2023 with PDP. Remember that GEJ thought that everything was in order when he chose to contest in 2015 against the advise of the northern powers. When he went ahead, the governors, senators, etc decamped to give APC the needed push to victory.

OBIdience is a movement clearly founded on ideology. It is far different from the other parties and it is moving like wildfire, taking over spaces occupied by APC and PDP. If Atiku continues with the advise of the likes of Lamido to ignore Wike, that may cost him heavily.

However it is not possible for Wike to abandon PDP. Remember that he has the candidate for Rivers state. The presidential and governorship elections will hold the same day. It will be too dangerous for Wike to ask his supporters to vote his own candidate in the governorship and then someone else in the presidential. It will be too confusing and a repeat of Obasanjo’s game plan against AD in 2007.

Reading the passage I didn't see where PDP and Atiku were rattled. Why would they be rattled over Wikes antics? Wike is acting all stupid and childish right now and I wonder what makinde is waiting for to join his folks in APC.
