Been feeling like I’m underselling myself in the salary game. I feel like I should be negotiating with employers more before accepting an offer.

However I think it won’t make sense to be negotiating outside the (/possibly the max) salary range.

Generally Nigerians are discrete with their Salaries but it’ll really help people not be exploited if Salaries were more open.

So, please if you are a backend engineer or have privileged knowledge of how much someone’s salary is, how much do backend developers of Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels earn? — those working for Nigerian companies to be specific
