Sweet potatoes is healthier but I can't seem to like it. Prefer Irish that has ended many lives prematurely.

I agree with you, too much is the problem,. But how does each individual determine too much? I learnt the hard way how moderation is so relative. As a younger lad, I didn't like too much meat on my plate, but still got high cholesterol in my 40s. I only had to cut out cow meat from my diet and stop fast food to get my cholesterol back to healthy.

For me, I categorize red meat on the same health risk scale a alchohol, weed, cigarette and trans fat. Some people will swear that these have health benefits too when taken in moderation, but the demerits far outweighs the merits.

It makes the dodo look more attractive.
I had it before, but someone threw it away.

I'll get another one shaa.

Never even knew the thing could be used for shape cutting I use it for carrot in coleslaw mostly the carrots come out nicely sliced, I saw when she used for carrot and was like ehen, me sef will try it.
