I started a website in the make-money niche and my target audience was moms.

Building the site was a breeze and I had it up and running within 1–2 days.

Once it was built, I applied a pretty website theme.

It was probably from Envato, which is where I buy a lot of my themes.

Then I loaded it with “make money for mom” content.

I promoted it on all kinds of places online like Pinterest, Mix, etc.

The site was brand new and with entry-level knowledge of SEO, the site did not have a strong SEO foundation but, that was an opportunity for the buyer to address and focus on to further growing the site.

This site sold a few years ago and far fewer make-money mom sites existed back then, so due to lack of competition, the site grew in traffic pretty quickly.

When the site was just shy of 2 months old I decided to sell.

I put the site on the auction marketplace and it sold in less than a month for a total of $7,000.

This was one of my quickest and most profitable website sales ever!

Today, I still flip sites but on a much smaller scale.

I also focus on the quick turnaround projects so I build and grow tiny starter sites and sell them in volume.

To give you an idea of the income potential here if you scaled this kind of business, if you sold around 30 sites per month at $200 each, you could make:

$200 x 30 sites = $6,000/month

This is a lucrative business that more people are starting to get familiar with.
