Vacancies exist in a fast expanding retail pharmaceutical company with head office in Oniru, Lagos for the posts of Administrative Assistants and Store Assistants.

● Administrative Assistants: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be saddled with the responsibility of providing administrative and clerical supports to ensure efficient operation of the company; manage office supplies stock and place orders; prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets; maintain and update company databases; organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents; maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments; receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail; prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned; arrange travel and accommodations; schedule in-house and external events; ensure functionality of necessary office equipment; answer telephone calls, respond to queries/enquiries and replying to emails; resolve administrative problems etc.

Qualification: Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Management or Social Sciences with at least two years of experience. Preferably females for gender balance.

● Store Assistants: You will be responsible for serving customers; restock shelves, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained; restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines; assisting customers in locating desired shop items; informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases; performing end-of-day cleaning duties; addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner; maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed; delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction; interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences; enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
