At my former place of work before I relocated to my new place of work,I was given the job of a supervisor and my boss back me up in everything i do just to make sure I'm doing it well..if there is anything I'm not doing well,he call me behind and tell me what to doand I was so respected.
But at my new place of work,a smoking fish farm. My boss doesn't back me up but wants me to control those guys all by myself... Whenever there is an issue instead of approaching me privately,he will just embarrassed me infront of those under my position as a manager proposely which I don't act to it because of how he handles me to them... He asked me the first day I got to work what my plans are and innocently I told him my future plans... Now there is pressure on me that I don't do my jobs very well... The day he yelled at me infront of them all,mheen I feel so bad but I never said a word... The illiterate working under him were saying when did I come that iv been made a manager... Just imagine... I feel no one was happy for me... But there is this guy I met who's a relative. he actually knows the job so people do call him manager and also call me manager too but they respected him more than me because my boss doesn't give me regard infront of them. So all he's best doing is just make me feel incompetent infront of them... I feel he's weak in that area compare to my former boss... But he pays well than my former place... So Iv decided to just endure for another year,I was planning waiting for 3years. So I have to increase what I was saving before to save up quick and leave to start my intending business... Is not easy working under the pressure.

For me O!No matter how jumbo my salary is,if my boss is always nagging despite the effort I put in the work,I will be planning my exit.As soon as I get my salary I dey quit without a resignation letter.
If I continue to endure the nagging I fit insult am with vex.
I did it to my former oga.He would be talking shit about the staff.He sacked my senior and appointed me as the head.Each time,he would bully me in front of the newly employed junior workers.I just uttered a word that"your wahala don too much"Not to his face,but he heard it and demoted me.I didn't apologize.Later he lifted the demotion.
I endured until month end.As I received my salary,I didn't resume the next day.
