This was the Transportation Minister for Scotland, commissioning a £46.5m project - N37bn by-pass project. This is a project worth 18 times the cost of Osisioma flyover. No canopy, no jobless politicians, no security men, no red carpet, no waste of public funds...
Imagine the waste going on in Abia today for a N2bn flyover project.
Meanwhile, ask your governor to tell you how much he paid for Osisioma flyover. It will be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for him to reveal how much he claimed for the project.
