Cowbell milk is creamierand tastier than Dano.Dano is not creamy at all and no milky taste.

there is this sunlight liquid dish washing soap - i think its made in ghana and is cheaper. a lot of shops are selling it

there are some cheaper dishwashing liquids, but be careful - some will mess with your skin. that is the danger of homemade

if you have cash, it may pay you to buy in bulk. just do your maths. sunlight sells 4litre bottles. it os for you to do the maths.

note however, that buying in bulk can be defeated if family are not disciplined.

peak milk quality has dropped I prefer dano milk. I stopped eating sardine this year because buying it is a complete waste of money.

There are certain products I used to buy but the inflation prices on those products trippled this year.

Inflation is a global problem currently.

Sachet peak milk is now N100 and the quantity keeps dropping. Dano and Mikso sell around N70 with almost empty sachets. Nothing is cheap.

For almost four months now, I no fit buy phone

We used to eat chicken or turkey before but wifey now goes to a nearby cold room to buy fishes in bulk, get them fried and stocked in a freezer. We buy turkey 2-3 times a month now just to change taste.

Buy kerrygold or non-dairy milks like kremela and goodtime.

Before I take as least 5 stick of cigarettes per day, Benson switch one is #50x5 is 250 but now I smoke Benson boast which 2 is #50.

At least I can save #150 per day.

How i cope is that i normally cook one quality pot of stew or soup once in a week.Once it gets finish i eat anytin i can lay my hands on.

I now cook my soup.
I don't drink
I don't have a gf....long gone
I hardly go out....the cost of transportation too high
I now use FB free mode...only use data on something important....my data that got exhausted in 3 days now last for 2 weeks
I can't subscribe my gotv of 4kplus package...now reduced to that of 2k package.

My dear, na the smallest morning fresh plastic I dey buy now, soap(dudu osun) peak milk sachet(inside my fridge plus milo sachet) I stopped taking checkers custard,now na to grind Guinea corn,corn and ginger(pap)

Oh a lot of adjustments:
1. I now cook with coal, I bought a coal pot for N12500 last month, and it has been a real cost saver. I consume N400 coal per week.
2. My family have a small garden where we plant � corn, pepper, �, tomato, yam. I can't remember when last I bought ball pepper.

Omo same here ooo...even olosho self don dy expensive..5k per nut now..

- Buy home made liquid soap and cut it into two or three in different containers, then top up with water
- I buy milk and bournvita in sachets now... It's very cheap, plus no room for excessive usage. Ña to just cut one or two sachets use. But if Na refill or tin, the spoon go just dey pack am
- I buy more of potatoes now rather than yam. I don't know the farmers planting potato, but God will continually bless them. Potato price no dey ever increase. #400 potato go full everywhere
- I buy measuring cornflakes and Quaker oats from those selling cake ingredients. It's very cheap and also much, compared to buying packaged ones
- I almost never use my gas to cook. Na so so hotplate now (I don't use prepaid)
- I no dey give woman t.fare if them come visit... If you no get t.fare, dey your house
- Very importantly, I now do this monthly contribution someone introduced to me... So, at the end of the year, I receive about two bags of rice, beverages and other things, which I waybill to my parents and they pour me extra blessing for the coming year

Although twice in a month, I still take myself out and pamper myself sha o
