Job Brief
We are looking for an outgoing customer service associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner. The customer service associate will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues and communicating professionally, and positively. The application multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation simultaneously is a must. The candidate should have the ability to swiftly gain the customer's confidence and trust.
The ability to maintain a sound knowledge of products and services and to be an effective communicator is necessary to ensure success. The candidate must be detail-oriented, motivated, and have excellent people skills.


Roles and Responsibilities
*Generate sales leads and ensure efficient fulfilment of Customers’ orders and requests.
*Process online orders and input to ship out the order.
*Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all *customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
*Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
*Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
*Identify and assess Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
*Meet Customer Success team targets.
*Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and assist with site navigation through phone, chat, and email.
*Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution.
*Analyze, review and process customers' requests for return authorization and credits.
*Provide appropriate information on available platforms for all services available at Garmspot.
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Certain Customer Service Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms.

Required Skills and Competencies
*Proven Customer support experience or Client service representative.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
*Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
*Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously.
*Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Communication Skills, and Time Management Skills
BA/BSc. Degree or equivalent
