Why would some section of Nigeria won't mourn her? The woman supervised the killings of 3millions people of Eastern Nigeria.

Because trouble bigots like GEEBITES think they can hide behind “not joining the woke mob” to celebrate what they really think of other members of the country from a different tribe

It’s a Nigerian domestic political issue because of tribalism. As long as you help the tribal bigots oppress the members of the other tribes they hate, you’re free to steal from them too and they thank you for it

Iamgrey5:
What has the queen death got to do with Nigeria internal political issues?

The royal family stole more than enough from everyone of their colonies over the years.

She directly inherited this wealth and never condemned how this wealth was gotten for once throughout her entire existence.

She was only "special" because of what her parents stole from my Ancestors and many like myself to build an empire not because of what she invented or the greatness she contributed to Humanity.

So I don't really care much about her death or existence, we will all die someday because we live to die.

My problem now are the people that suddenly made her death a Nigerian domestic political issue.

I don't believe her death or prior existence is consequential to the future of Nigeria.

The Europeans which the British Royal family was a prominent member stole from all of us.

1)They first came for slaves but soon realized we might outnumber them in the new world (North and South America) especially after seeing various slave revolution in the Caribbeans.

2) Enslaved us all in our lands in the name of colonisation, so they sold us off as companies to various investors "slave owners" like the Royal Niger company which paid taxes to the British empire through resources stolen from our land for decades

3) then decided to give us a false "independence" after world 2 fearing possible revolution from these colonies who now have "Army regiments" that fought side by side with their masters during the war. However, their companies still controlled majority of businesses in the now "independent colonies".

So No!, it's not necessarily a domestic political issue or tribal issue because we were all affected.

Yes I agree it’s not a domestic political issue.
I was being tongue in cheek about how the tribal bigots are making it one because they’d rather celebrate those they feel helped them oppress a tribe they don’t like

So knowing the bible makes one literate? grin grin most believers in religion you would find are very uneducated (like you) hence it is easy to brainwash them with religious bullshits.

You didn't see Paul, you were brainwashed to believe you saw Paul. Believes are not facts.

The worst thing that happened to Nigeria is the collapse of our educational system.

A man who doesn't know his father is as good as a bastard. Same with a generation who doesn't know his history.

The Royal Niger company that enslaved Nigerians, conquered ,pillaged and empowered the slave raiding chiefdoms of old is still active today in modern Nigeria .

What of the root cause of the decay in our oil industry and at large the SS ? How many of us knew the role shell played in the civil war, the death of saro wiwa and the Niger delta milittancy ?

PZ,Unilever,Shell and many more British companies ,do we know of there History ? The hidden ones ?

Ask yourself why most of military rulers had there palace's in London ? Buhari is still fond of that city
Who institutionalized bribery, nepotism and corruption as a way of life in Nigeria ?

We are still slaves , slaves wearing a very long chain that has made us to forget that indeed we are slaves in chains . Our colonial masters are very much around

Let’s consider this scenario

Your grandfather invaded my grandfather’s house, stole all his valuables, sent my grandfather into exile where he later died. and burnt the remains of his belongings. Enslaved his children and family, killed and butchered those that had the courage to stand up against him. Ruled over them and made them to work for him. A lot of your families were displaced as a result. The women were raped. Your grandfather became very rich.
Now this wealth has been passed down to you . You are still very rich as a result of your grand father. Your grandfather is dead now. Your are very sorry for what your grandfather did and you do not agree with what he did. You are truly sorry but you are still benefiting from the spoils of your grandfather and still feel superior to me.

Today you parade your wealth in my face and all it reminds me of, is what your grandfather did to my grandfather. Is it wrong of me to have a little bit of bitterness towards you?

This is what happened to Ireland, Africa and Scotland. Inflicted by England. Do you think history should be forgotten?

Hatred? Do you know how many Irish citizens lost their family to due British rule over ROI.
No one in Ireland hasn’t lost one or two of their family to British rule.
Why do you think there are over 20M Irish citizens in USA and Canada while the main Ireland have just 5M population.
The royal families killed over 10M Indians and uncountable Africans.
The queen overseen the destruction of Kenya and South Africa.
The Irish mainly migrated to the
U.S. and Canada because of poor potato harvests in the 1800s.

Others were moved as prisoners to Australia where after leaving prison they got integrated into the Australian society and went on to make wealth for themselves.

Yet some people want to have Uju Anya hanged as if she is the only one on twitter who wrote negative things about the late queen.
Uju is an Academic at a U.S. Univesity, so her Tweeter rant while the late Queen of England was on her deathbed was very ignorant, irresponsible and meant to draw attention to herself.

Those Irish guys on Tweeter cursing her are random folks and not in the academia which frowns upon such uncoute behavior.

What was the offense of the late
Queen during the 30 months Nigerian Civil War? Absolutely NON.

The French also supported the secessionists with White
mercenaries and weapons which prolonged the sufferings of folks in the rebel enclave.

In addition, Lt. Colonel Ojukwu (rtd) the rebel leader committed several military and political blunders due to youthful exhuberance being in his early 30s as of 1967.

These blunders caused the most harm and death to more Ibos and non-Ibos, and not Uju's false rants against the late Queen Elizabeth of England. Uju has to read up more about the events leading right up to the Nigerian Civil War of 2 years 6 months and stop the criminal defamation of character!

In an early 1980s documentary that I saw, Nnamdi Azikiwe was close to tears and criticised Ojukwu for the death of 2 of his relatives during the war. He was bluntly against the
Presidential pardon granted by
Shagari in the early 1980s to
Ojukwu.

Second, Ambassador Raph
Uwechue and Hillary Njoku also criticised Ojukwu in their books for a lot of things especially his not listening to sound advice from people during the war which led to military blunders.

In 2012 to 2013, this old topic of some Ibos falsely accusing other Nigerian ethnic groups of Civil War crimes was extensively trashed out by us on NL during the infamous
Achebe book revisionism on the Nigerian Civil War.

Tons of de-classified Civil War info were uploaded on NL at that time.

There's vast evidence to prove that the Ibo-led secessionist rebel leadership are NOT blameless and brought mass pain and disaster to innocent Ibos and non-Ibos in the rebel enclaves while they fed well before running away via the Uli airstrip to Cote d' Ivoire.

Irish Twitter Jubilate Over The Death Of Queen Elizabeth II - Nairaland

Me:

Yes #IrishTwitter tolerated for celebrating the death of the notorious genocidal criminal & colonialist #QueenElizabethII but the condemnation of British colonialism and neocolonialism by #BlackTwitter not tolerated.

Do you know why?

The Oppressed people of Ireland are Whites with blonde hair and blue eyes. Anti-Black racism is embedded in Western civilization.

We saw this racial discrimination in the ongoing Ukrainian crisis where Blacks were prevented for boarding Trains fleeing Ukraine due to the color of their skin.

And from another perspective, the Western hegemony claimed that Africa is facing mass starvation due to Russia preventing Ukraine from exporting food items. Russia finally agreed to allow Ukraine export foodstuffs. Do you know how many ships came to Africa? Only 2 out is dozens.
