A man who wants to be free in their heart they should make Romans 10:10 a scribe upon their spirit being. Take the Lord to heart and meditate upon His word as this will make you sensitive to His Spirit. This will make it easy for you to hear the voice of God.
Your heart is a contact point between you and God or you and Satan. Many cannot hear the voice of God because their hearts are not free and sensitive to the Spirit of God.
