You all need to eschew this pessimism and embrace reality. Truly it is smuggler chased by customs that caused the problem. Amidst high cost of diesel in Nigeria many boarder communities are making fast money from smuggling much cheaper diesel from Niger Republic. Nigerian Govt banned the importation of the diesel but stll the smugglers are into it en masse. What is reported is what had happened!
