i recently learnt that on successful graduation from medical school in nigeria,the graduation grade for all doctors is PASS unlike the graduating grade from other discipline ie first class, 2.1,2.2 etc. If that is the case,what determines a newly medical doctor getting a job compared to his mates since one cannot determine the most knowledgeable in terms of the result? I will appreciate if a medical practitioner provides answer |
