Nothing wrong if he is qualified. Check out the Bush Family in America.

The fact is that, he might have advising his dad all this while, he is only being given an office now.

He could have served as a consultant for the government in a privately owned enterprise if his expertise allows. Taking a public office in his dad'S government is a little bit too far.

When you are holding a political position, simply deny your family members of the position they are qualified to hold on the ground that it is ethically wrong. You hear!!

If the son is qualified i see nothing wrong with it.

I don't want to hear you complaining about the Saraki Family.

This is another example of how it all starts. In the US they lead, in

Nigeria we loot! Please Nigeria is everything different from the US.

Hmm, dont know if its right or wrong.

However, brand new does have a point about the son being a private consultant.

However, wouldnt that be another problem if it seems the father is doing such things secretly.

Humm, even if there are no bad intentions, it will be suspicious for a governor to do that. Hope he can defend his actions convincingly.

If i was in that dude's position, i would have preferred being a consultant as you said rather than taking a public office.

This is clearly a disgraceful act of nepotism and it should be condemned by all right thinking Nigerians.

If there is no law against such fraudulent decision, now is the time.

What a scandal .

Sorry, whats the news here.
is his son not a human being? or is it because he didnt even recommend him as a minister?
if the guy is qualified, why not. More ever special adviser on special duties does not need any serious qualification.

Obviously Plateau State has a lot of young Retard5s that Jang could not find any to fit the position but his Son.
It is not a matter of qualification but a matter of Ethics. What is "Special Duties" anyway . but let us not worry our dullard brains over this. There is no height of injustice you can met on a Nigerian that will make them standup and say Enough is Enough. So Jang, Carry on. I wish you had made your young Nanny a Special Adviser on "Very Special Duties"  grin
Re: Governor Jang Appoints Son As Special Adviser. by edoyad(m): 1:37pm On Aug 11, 2011
president John F. kennedy who still remains one of US most loved leaders, appointed his younger brother, Robert F Kennedy as Attorney General if i'm not mistaken. He was also his most trusted adviser.

But as for Jang own, me i no gree atall. This is a bad precedent and i know this is the opening of a Pandora's box we won't see the end of. I commend him for having very few Special Advisers sha.
