What's going on in this country? Why are companies allowed to act lawlessly and get away with it?

A loan company with the name Lcredit sent me a message that someone in my contact list is owing them and i should tell him to pay his loan.
Some hours after, they took my little daughter's picture from my WhatsApp profile picture and designed a flier with it tagging it fraudster. They threatened me that they will post the picture if i don't ask their debtor to pay them.

Since when does an innocent person get dragged for a loan taken by another person simply because the person is on my contact list? What manner of evil will grant a loan company the right to use my daughter's picture on social media?

I have screenshots of their messages.
What are the relevant agencies doing about this? Is this the new trend or why are they allowed to boldly misbehave like this?
Why would a loan company go as far as trying to harm an innocent child? What is happening?

They have crossed their boundaries!!! This is unacceptable.

I will appreciate anyone who can assist me in tracing the agent behind this and getting their location. He or she must suffer for this no matter how long it takes me. I'm not even interested in going after the company. I'll hunt for their so-called agent who did this. They messed with the wrong person.

Its even better they use my picture than to use a picture of an innocent child for a loan that doesn't even concern me. Only a terribly evil and heartless human being will do that and i will catch him soon

Give them gbas gbos, tell the contact to send you his bank details that you want to send the money on her behalf. Collect it and forward it to CBN and Consumer Protection, they will do the needful
