The system in this country and not doing things the right way are just the same.
Announcing a contest without putting the prize money upfront, they should just expect 1000+ rubbish logos, and they might already have a logo already.
Why can't the person that made the Logo contest flyer do it for them instead of stressing young Nigerian Graphic designer for peanuts probably.
