We received a call requesting us to design a 5 floors L-shaped contemporary architectural design of a hospital with stunning landscape, 50 car parks and lots of technical facilities... all to be seated on a 2372.263sqm of land.

We agreed on a meeting to inspect the site and to get other details from the client, a Doctor businessman in Lekki, Lagos.

Within just 5 days after the meeting, we were able to produce the draft architectural plan and 3d visualisation design of the project, and the client was wowed but then...

We couldn't agree on price so we were dismissed.

No lie, we were sad �.

Ask us why.

Well.

First, the urgent demand of the client that made us slow down other design projects just to meet up with his 5 days emergency demand as a result of his travelling itinerary. Usually, our Draft Presentation for infrastructure designs is around 10 working days unlike residential ones that we could pull off in 5 days but hey, we did it.


Second, this Draft Presentation is only possible when the client pays the service fee's first tranche, and in a few cases, we allow the client to just pay a commitment fee, small money- before we proceed with our task. In this very case, this client didn't pay a dime because of the person recommending him.


Now, imagine getting dumped after such sacrifice despite being 100% satisfied with our delivery.


Even you would be sad on our behalf especially with the speed at which they engaged another architect �, added him to the project group and ejected us from the group �.



Fast forward to 2 weeks later when we received their call again that we should come for negotiation.


Wow. Why?


Well, for a reason best known to them, they just asked us to do the job.


Yes, and we've delivered the signed and sealed design copies ready for Building Approval Processing.


Design Scope: Complete Architectural, Landscape, 3d Visualisation, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Designs.
