Went to uba bank in mushin, got a routing number and it's saying. Entered it to complete a transfer from wise bank, and its saying "unknown routing number "

Please anyone know how i can get the right ach routing number

He emailed the bank. And they replied saying Uba is not in patnership. I tracked the transaction and the money has reached. Is it possible for the other person to cancel the transaction from his end?
