Why do employers call you for an interview, ask you to come for another and when they are done with their selection cant use their senses and find it sensible to call or message people who won't be joining them. So you just don't keep holding out for a position that is gone! It's very bad. |

Honestly, I'm tired of this damn African mentality. The last teaching interview I went for, they requested our bank accounts number. Within me, I was thinking maybe they want to send a token for our transport fare but till now I've not seen anything, and it appears that they've chosen the candidates they want. It's not bad idea sending a rejection email than keeping a job seeker waiting for months with full expectation. Sincerely, we need to change our mindsets. |
