They aren't reliable.Its painful I bought a return ticket from them last year for #690k.Due to change in my travel plans,I decided to call for refund of ticket fare.At the long run,it was only #85k that was refunded after 6 weeks of calling for refund.

That's serious ooo.... There tickets are quite cheap compared to others.... Thanks for the update tho
