Kobojunkie:Tap water ke? The taps ran dry since the end of military rule in 1999, at least in Ibadan that I know well. Lagos is even worse. That's the problem I have with those praising politicians. If you can't provide ordinary potable water for citizens, then you have failed, no matter how many miles of tarred roads you construct. 1 Like |

obaaderemi:I used to live back in the '80s and 90's in front of The Lagos state Water Works on Lagos rd, back when water used to run in our homes, and showers, until it came to an end. And these portable water companies took over. I even lived behind Ragolis water for a time where we used to source water from the wastewater that came from the company at a point. It is indeed sad to learn that Nigerians no longer expect Government to cater to such needs, and are left to depend on these water bottling/packaging merchants for their water needs. 1 Like |
