get a software called RECOVERY and you will get back most of the files that are missing. . . . . . . .or simply Google: data recovery free software

Doesn't your system have a back up. You ought to have backed up your files in a DVD, external hard disk or your company's server or another system.

You can't get your data back. You can try using a recovery software or application. But I doubt. Why not ask at the technology section. But next time always back up your hard disk or files. If you had backed it up, a fresh windows 7 installation depending on your system & operating sys would have sufficed then you would have just transferred all your data back to it. That was a very silly mistake.
