Sweet heart, you probably have a hole in your tooth, and it will probably get worse. In the long run you have to have it filled preferably or take out the tooth. But in the meantime do something called OIL PULLING to give yourself relief: get groundnut, coconut or vegetable oil, keep a mouthful inside your mouth for 4-5 minutes. Make sure you do not swallow it. Spit out: that should give you relief at least for 48 - 72 hours at a time.
In my case, I didn't need to pull my tooth or fill it but I cant guarantee the state of the tooth, and that is why I say you have temporary relief. Besides I oil pull every week.

From your profile, it seems you are in lagos. So, there must be a dental clinic nearby or a hospital that can handle or refer you to one.
I have suffered from that too and I had to visit a dental clinic. My tooth was cleaned properly and the hole was plastered with dental pop. Within few days the pain subsided and disappeared.
There are many opiods that can relive that pain but to what end?
Please visit the hospital and do the proper thing.
