IKEJA GOLF CLUB VACANCY (URGENT!!!!)

FACILITY MANAGER
• Job Type: Full Time
• Experience 3 - 5YRS EXPERIENCE
• Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field of Facility Management
• Three - Five years of professional facility manager experience with at least two of those years at the Controller level or equivalent in club operation.
. Overseeing contracts and providers for services including Security, Cleaning, Catering, Technology etc
. Supervising multi - disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
'. Ensuring that basic facilities such as water, generators, use of electricity are well maintained.
. Budget management and cost effectiveness
. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, waste disposal, to meet safety and club's standard
. Overseeing club's project, renovations, procurements, installations and certifications.
. Supervise all staff facilities staff (cleaners, securities and club's vendors)
.Must have a good knowledge of information technology
.Lightning, plumbing and electrical inspections
