It was Attah that built Atiku Abubakar way, Gen Edent Akpan Avenue, and Godwin Abbe Drive, all dual carriages ways from scratch).
Victor Attah also dualized Abak road (whIch he later rename Olusegun Obasanjo way)from Ibom plaza to Ikot Oku Ikono roundabout, dualized also Nwaniba road from Nwaniba by Oron road to the Ibom icon hotels, he also dualized Oron road but Akpabio took the dualization to the Airport, he also dualizes Col. Tunde Ogbeha DrIve whIch Is popularly known as MaItama Iby locals In Uyo, etc.

Victor Attah buIlt Le Meridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort and Akpbio completed It same wIth AKUTECH whIch AKSU.

AkpabIo came and dId marvelously well - from roads to the stadium, Government House, to e-library, hospitals, schools, etc.

Airport


With Akpabio we got:

Parks at Brook Street and Udo Udoma
And lots more

Apart from road, mention any tangible infrastructure Udom has built... Please don't mention Dakada towers because it's useless currently.
