So I went to a cafe and they told me they're doing it manually, that is they'll draft a ppa letter with your name, picture, and number so you can take it to your ppa for acceptance. So I asked them who gave this directive they said is from their staff at the secretariat. So I went there and met the man, behold other people have even done their own so they came to submit. So I met him and he told me thesame thing, he said they gave the ppa hardcopy to a particular cafe so I can go there. So I just went ahead to the cafe ,gave them my details and they logged in and got my info, then drafted it. So I took it to my ppa for acceptance, and they accepted it. Must your PPA be government establishment ??

Since no one has successfully download the ppa letter it means it's still on process. It is ilogical to ask cafe to draft ppa letter on their behalf.

Secondly, the secretariat u mentioned, is it the same place we did physical verification or which of the secretariat?

Yes, it was the secetariat where we did our verification. So they directed us to a particular cafe , but some other cafe have the hardcopy.


Just go to where you did physical verification and ask sha.
