Low Fuel Consuming Gas Burner by Osanoghodua1: 12:04pm On Sep 26, 2022 |
Good day guys, With the current price of cooking gas, 12.5kg which is #9,400 (last time I filled) lasts me for just ~28days using a table burner with it. But 5kg lasts us for a month and 2weeks using the 5kg head on burner, but cooking the same quantity of items. If I can get a more economic table burner for the 12.kg, I should be able to save 7.5kg or more monthly. Note that: The table gas burner has a far wider opening for flames compared to the camp gas burner. Any good recommendation is welcome. We use the 12.5kg because of convenience. Thanks. |

The table burner gas cookers have wider surfaces than the oven gas cookers and consume more gas. Be reducing the gas supply to the burners when cooking. Once what I'm cooking has started boiling, I reduce the flames and use the low flames till it's done. 1 Like |

Simply buy a 12.5kg cylinder with camping valves and camping burner. it save more gas compared to using it with table top or complete cooker |

I may switch to fossil fuel to cut cost, money to fill gas no a problem since I earned in dollars but got many families to care for. |
