What a day on Nland

Like people really care about Nairaland. Nairaland takes its self too seriously. Look at Tiktok with its One Billion Users. Does any celebrity have a Nairaland Account ? Wizkid ? Davido? Asake ?

Time to Quit all these Made in Nigeria products created with very poor thinking. 2.9 million inactive users in 17 years while Tiktok has One billion Over Active users in just 6 years

. Nairaland is like everything Nigerian apart from Nigerian music ....... Very poorly thought out.

17 years is a long time to become more intelligent, but you know how Nigerian people are they always celebrate the little they have achieved while their mates abroad are thinking " how can they change to improve ? " the Nigerian just blows her trumpet and feels smug.

Goodbye People I'm headed back to Twitter and Instagram more intelligent social media sites , I can see how people detest anything Nigerian. It's not the Nigerians behind it..... It's the poor Quality of the Product.

With all the Banning and Blocking by the Automated Machine on Nairaland one has to wonder how Nairaland is constructed.

Nairaland started in 2005 has a paltry 2.9 million users of which only 200,000 are active .

Most of it's accounts have been abandoned by their users for close to 7 years as they Escape the Dictatory Prison called Nairaland.

Facebook started in 2004 and has 2 Billion users. Facebook will allow you to post the same picture 50 times and does not Ban or Block recklessly. A Simple Log Out will make you know you are overdoing things and you can Log back in Immediately.

Tiktok was Created in 2016 and has a 1 Billion Active users.

Nairaland Blocked a close friend of mine today and said the account with be active in 2032 September 26. So Nairaland are banning for 11 years the account of someone who just created 3 posts.

It's interesting Nairaland says people should not advertise on Nairaland but Nairaland advertises different products on people's pages.

Nairaland is advertising near you but does not want you to advertise.

I literally begged a friend of mine for years to join NL and the day he finally did, his account was blocked and banned by a mod for 11 years after making the 2nd comment. He opened another one and the same thing happened. Since then, I haven't even bothered asking him about it again because I'm sure he won't come back. Seun and his mods needs to do better honestly because people are leaving here in droves daily. Check threads of two years ago, most of them usually pass 80k views ( at the least ). But today, most threads hardly even reach 20k. Nairaland is rapidly fading away.

The mods are the problem.
