A young and passionate youth got tuition fee waived off to learn "Mobile Application Development".

And, he is in need of a laptop to learn the skill so this opportunity doesn't go to waste.

He is ready to become business partners with anyone who helps, friends or even pay back if that is what you may want. But, that can only happen as soon as he starts dishing out massive, and profit-bubbling applications that he will develop from this skill.
