Anyone who wants to rule Nigeria and wants to burnish his/her credentials as a former State Executive, would only have my attention having ruled in places like Lagos, Rivers, Kaduna, Kano, and Minister of FCT.

Those states provide for the diversity, complexity, and cosmopolitan experience that would come handy for a President in Nigeria.
