What would you do with 50 acres of fertile farmland in the southwest?

This is enough land for me to practice integrated livestock and crop farming. I will just focus on maize and soybean recyclic planting or simultaneously. Fisheries is confirmed provided I can access enough funds also.

honestly, maize and soybean cultivation is the future of agriculture.
