Aníkúlápó is a Nigerian epic film produced by Kunle Afolayan. Aníkúlápó narrates the story of Saro (played by Kunle Remi) whose illicit romance with Queen Arolake dooms his fate in Oyo in which he has recently arrived as a stranger. Saro is a textile maker who possesses the power to resurrect the dead, the power that earns him the name, Anikulapo which means the "one that holds death in his purse."
