It took time for me to move on. I eventually moved on. That's after more than a year.

She wanted to reinitiate contact with me but I have moved on. And I don't love her again

However, I have lost confidence in dating/relationship. Ever since then tho I have been asking people out ,, but I have not been able to actually get hold of a relationship.

One, 2019, I asked her out. She said she will think about it. Actually she later agreed but I shyed out of it. I didn't make any contact with her at all till date. She even tried making contact with me but I blocked her.

Though it's not fair. But I was scared.

Early 2020. I met with another lady she's a great woman financially independent, beautiful and good heart... But I couldn't ask her out. I eventually didn't but she said she doesn't sense that I love her. And she said no.

How do I get over my initial heart break and find a good person

It is wrong to tell people that Jesus Christ loves them this since Jesus Christ made it abundantly clear in His everlasting Words that His love is reserved only for those who do the Will of God - those who live their lives according to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ.

Here's what Jesus Christ said of the love that is available in Him from God.

16 Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him would not be lost but have eternal life.
17 God sent his Son into the world. He did not send him to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through him.

e. Jesus Christ also informed you that God loves you because you love Jesus Christ - you obey His teachings and commandments, the only way you can love Jesus Christ.

You have not healed..Don't ask oe8out until you have healed, also try and forgive your ex, don't have any bad grudges against her.
