#1. Find a Role Model:

High-performance habits can be learned by anyone. And it’s often easier to learn how to be successful by watching others already in the position you want to be in. It will give you a vision of what you want to achieve and how you want your life to look, but it also allows you to see someone else’s weaknesses and mistakes as well!

For example, let’s pretend that your goal is to become a composer – specifically, The Beatles’ John Lennon. You can study all of his songs and his writing style initially, but then take things one step further when doing so by actually performing those actions yourself. You’ll start to grasp that way of thinking and, eventually, create a comfortable environment for yourself…
